2009 Prayer Brunch
We had a great turnout for our Prayer Brunch which was held on August 27, 2009 at Lover’s Lane United Methodist Church. Thank you to all individuals and churches that were involved.
A panel was comprised of Bryan Eck (Irving Bible Church), Scott Sager (Preston Road Church of Christ), Lauri Lanier (NFNL Protege Advocate), Donna Webster (Board Member and volunteer), and Kim Person (NFNL graduate). The panel gave insight into the struggles and lives of women in the sex industry and shared how individuals and faith communities have responded through involvement with NFNL. Rev. Sheron Patterson preached a message to those gathered.
