Jill Meyer

Jill Meyer is Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Hunt Consolidated, Inc. and General Counsel of Palette Investment Company.

Prior to joining Hunt, Ms. Meyer was an associate in the corporate section of the law firm, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she represented clients in private equity, merger, acquisition, joint venture and capital markets transactions.  Before joining Weil, Ms. Meyer was an audit associate at KPMG.

Ms. Meyer holds a J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar and graduated valedictorian.  She also holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, both from Rhodes College.  Ms. Meyer is also a certified public accountant.

Jill lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Mark, and their three children.
